The Tunnel
The Tunnel is a documentary about a tunnel beneath New York City that contains hidden international mysteries about John Wilkes Booth, the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, the missing pages of Booth's diary that list the conspirators involved in Lincoln's death, and a perfectly preserved locomotive from the early 1800's. One man has led the search for this tunnel and the revelation of its final secrets.

Stealing Lincoln’s Body
Before Lincoln finally came to rest in a steel-and-concrete-reinforced underground vault in Springfield, the president's body was repeatedly exhumed and moved, his coffin frequently opened. In 1876, eleven years after Abraham Lincoln's assassination, a band of Chicago counterfeiters plotted to steal Lincoln's body and hold it for ransom. Their plan was to demand $200,000 and the release of the gang's master engraver, who was in prison in Illinois. This strange story of Lincoln at un-rest reveals how important this man was to so many, and our reluctance to let such a beloved and visionary leader go.

Randy is five days away from leaving for Vietnam and believes this could be the last day they ever spend together.

Raccoon was acquired for distribution by The Film Festival Collection and is available on Netflix in the compilation Shorts! Vol.4.
